Mr. Hicks utilizes his over 25 years of architecture experience to successfully perform all phases of architectural service from design and contract documentation to construction services and now facility management. Appointed director of construction services in 1997, he manages a team of field representatives that annually delivers $300 million in construction projects, and is personally engaged in our most challenging field-work. Ron brings a truly holistic perspective and expertise to any project team, and can draw upon his real time construction experiences to address any situation. This wealth of understanding is now being fully utilized in the role of managing director for our PointGuard® Facility Management Program, enabling school districts to transition from construction and project closeout to maintenance and operation seamlessly and assuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
