The labs are supported by a development (A/V) studio, an 80-seat lecture hall and a computer lab for using processor-intensive software programs. A variety of general classrooms with flexible configurations and breakout spaces create opportunities for student collaboration. A large commons galleria provides the commuter student population with ample space for relaxing and studying between classes. An outdoor classroom and courtyard meets the alternative energy program needs. The design of the LEED Gold Certified building highlights sustainable initiatives such as a PV solar array and wind turbine. The project was delivered under an expedited schedule using CM agent, multi-prime delivery.
