SHP Leading Design Announces Columbus Leadership Reorganization

Columbus, OH – SHP Leading Design (SHP) is reorganizing the leadership structure in its Columbus location to create greater opportunities for both professional and practice growth. An Internal Operations team led by executive vice president Tom Fernandez, AIA, LEED AP, has been formed to lead the Columbus office.

“The quality of talent across our network is tremendous,” said Lauren Della Bella, president, SHP Leading Design. “We want to leverage that talent by creating new, expanded professional development opportunities for our dedicated team members, with a long-term goal of building an even stronger practice in Columbus.”

Under Fernandez’s leadership, the Columbus Internal Operations team will have three Columbus office members: Greg Lonergan, AIA, LEED AP, principal, senior technical leader; Scott Deisler, AIA, LEED AP, associate, project manager; and Lindsay Mullett, IIDA, LEEP AP, interior designer.  Vice president Jeffrey Sackenheim, AIA, LEED AP, will also assist with the transition.  This transition period will have no affect on daily operations at SHP.
