We understand that the most important part of our job is to take the vision of the organization, whether that is a published master facility plan or a specific set of goals established by the owner, and organize the project from inception to fruition. We do this by making sure the project is meeting the established goals at every point throughout the process. In the role of owner’s rep, we also play an integral part in the assembly of the entire project team. We will challenge both the owner and the team based on ideas and lessons learned from other projects. We will celebrate milestone-by-milestone, ensuring success and a happy owner.
